Liu Wen Chao graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 2014.

Moving from China to Singapore has been an experience of discovery and wandering to him. Wen Chao is interested to explore the fundamental question of what art is by experimenting with different methods of interpretation, such as performance art, painting and video. In Foreign Country, Wen Chao portrayed his experiences and emotions that were deeply absorbed during his stay in various countries and he wish to present the nostalgic memories in the form of art and remembering.
