Forgotten Realm By Zhu Hong.

Zhu Hong was born in 1969, Dalian, China. Possessing a Bachelor of Architecture. He came to Singapore as an interior and architectural designer in 1997 and officially became a Singapore citizen in 2006.

Zhu Hong is a prominent figure in our local art scene.He is a Committee member of the Federation Of Art Societies (Singapore) as well as the  Singapore watercolour society and  Singapore art society.

Throughout the years,  Zhu Hong has showcased his paintings and digital print in numerous exhibition in Singapore, the latest few are entitled “The Urban Pulse of Old Dreams, 2016”, “Colours of Our Home, 2015”  “Digitally Tiong Bahru,2013” “Diary of Singapore Streets,2011”

His love for art has led him to publish various books such as “Crossroads”, “Have Phone will Paint”, “Portraits of Singapore” and “A Pocket Full of Perspectives”.

Through Zhu Hong newest exploration in the art , he now present “Forgotten Realm”

“Forgotten Realm” seek to document and preserve endangered architecture in Singapore through painting that serves as a snapshot with a message; to educate the community of our own physical environment. It is hoped that despite globalisation, he is able to breathe renewed interest amongst Singapore and her citizens. It gives a chance to fellow Singaporeans and globetrotters to reminisce their memories of Singapore.

Perhaps also allowing you to have a whole new experience of our realm.
